Juice ordering:

Instructions

My juices arrived in the mail... now what?

  1. Look at your calendar! Choose 3 days that would be convenient for you to do a cleanse. Doing it during work is a good idea, as free time is a killer when you are not eating.
  2. The days prior, try to cut out as much coffee, alcohol, fried foods or anything equivalently unhealthy.
  3. Your juices were sent to you frozen in a special packaging as to maintain freshness. We freeze the juices right after they are pressed to keep the nutrients, enzymes and good bacteria from deteriorating. Keep them frozen until you are ready to do the cleanse. Juices can remain in the freezer up to 6 months.
  4. Defrost 6 bottles at a time (one day’s worth) the day before at room temperature. The juices usually take about 4-6 hours to defrost. When they are mostly thawed but still very cold, place the juices in the fridge to start in the morning. Do not defrost overnight.Once defrosted, the juices will only last 3 to 4 days
  5. Drink each portion in 2-3 hour intervals or when you start feeling hungry, the timing is not set in stone. Although food is not allowed during the cleanse, an exception is made for 1 serving of raw vegetables a day (any kind you like) with a pinch of salt to supplement the sodium the cleanse lacks.
